Preparing to sell your business includes understanding the process and
the legal documents that would likely be executed at the sale in order
to minimize distraction of the sale process and maximize the price.
CGA Consulting, LLC (under the same ownership as Carter Allen, P.C.) will
help you package your company for sale and develop a sale strategy. Frequently,
the client/seller knows the buyer if the buyer is a strategic buyer (i.e.,
in the industry), and CGA Consulting will simply assist in packaging
the business and implementing the process. In other circumstances, the
buyer may not be known and the process needs to be developed and implemented
to minimize distraction on the business while still generating interested
buyers.

on the sell side, yet the roles dovetail into a seamless result –
