Our Fixed Fees
Our fees are fixed. Clients know what a project will cost before we start work.
Time is only one consideration when we set our fees. Hourly billing frequently creates frustration and uncertainty for clients. Is the firm assigning the attorney with the appropriate level of experience to the project, or is the client paying for the firm's training expenses? Did it really take so long to print a first draft form contract? Are multiple attorneys really needed for the project? Fixed fee billing makes these questions moot and prevents surprise invoices.
